Following up on my fax of Friday evening, today I used the Elephant Snot® you shipped - and your web site testimonials are right. This stuff is great! It removed heavy spray paint graffiti from a brick wall completely, without a trace. Didn't even need to use the Shadow Max; there is no ghost residue at all. And the brick's baked-on finish seems completely unaffected. Wish I had found your product earlier, before wasting a half-day trying two hardware store paint removers and strippers that weren't up to the task. Several neighbors were also very impressed and plan to order soon.
